locatieHome & at the office

As a consultant, you work closely with the managers and employees to develop initiatives and support the processes in the areas of culture, training and talent development, compensation, absence management and health and offboarding. In addition, you maintain, develop and align your People & Culture systems and processes and encourage continuous improvement.

What does your day look like?

Together with the client, you create and develop an annual People & Culture agenda. For the focal points you come up with a proposal, which you elaborate and implement after consultation with the client. You are also available for individual consultation with managers and employees and you handle current HR matters.

What do you like to do?

  • People & Culture policy development and advice
  • Coordinating and executing People & Culture processes, such as recruitment, performance management and training
  • Individual conversations with managers and employees about possible bottlenecks in terms of a positive work environment
  • Create proposals for further optimization of the People & Culture focus areas

What do we expect from you?

You are energetic, positive and create movement through your open and curious mind. You help your clients with complex and challenging issues about the changing role of HR and the employee life cycle, but also think along with them about daily HR issues. You have a keen interest in People & Culture/HR and the latest trends in this area.

You have 3-5 years of work experience in a similar position. Knowledge of HR processes and HR software is of course an advantage. You know how to analyze your observations and how to translate them into a creative People & Culture solution. You act at a bachelor’s/master’s degree level of thinking.

And most importantly, have an eye for our clients!
