We are passionate about all matters related to People & Culture and assist organizations with implementing a future-proof HR strategy and accompanying digital support system. This includes advice on the Compensation & Benefits strategy and execution.
Besides designing the strategy, we also assist with the execution. So, you can rely on us if you need an extra pair of hands within the HR team or an external confidential contact person.
Our services are available in Dutch and English. To onboard international recruits, we offer expat services (work- and residence permit, 30% ruling).

In addition to extensive experience in the field of HR management, Petra also has international work experience. She has a keen eye for people and, therefore, a company's culture. She also likes a no-nonsense approach. Her legal background helps to analyze the employment law side of the HR profession.
Petra holds various assessment certifications (MBTI, Facet5 and DISC) and has recently become a certified confidential advisor in addition to being a mediator. Her listening ear, independent personality and years of conversation experience are very useful in this respect.

Anne is a certified Registered Tax Advisor with a specialization in payroll tax and international employees.

Before her career switch to HR and payroll services, Ayka worked as an educational and youth counselor with a background in psychology.
The common thread in her career is the intersection of people within the organization. In close collaboration with the client, Ayka likes to search for the working method that works pleasantly for everyone and in addition is efficient.
