As a consultant, you work closely with the managers and employees to develop initiatives and support the processes in the areas of culture, training and talent development, compensation, absence management and health and offboarding. In addition, you maintain, develop and align your People & Culture systems and processes and encourage continuous improvement.<\/p>\n

What does your day look like?<\/h2>\n

Together with the client, you create and develop an annual People & Culture agenda. For the focal points you come up with a proposal, which you elaborate and implement after consultation with the client.
