HR implementation specialist

What does your day look like?

What does your day look like? You organize workshop sessions with our clients (international) HR managers and prepare the software implementation per module with them. Is all data used in the same way? Are all HR processes of the employee life cycle set up the same? If not, you come up with a proposal. You also make agreements about the follow-up and prepare for the next session.

In short, you remain in control so the client can be sure that all action points have been worked out on time and that the software implementation achieves the desired result.

Coordination of project activities
Organizing implementation workshops
Managing the communication and project management
Synchronize all received HR data and HR processes

What do we expect from you?

You are the spider in the web. You maintain active contact with our clients, supervise the projects within budget, meet the agreed timelines, and deliver the agreed result.

You have 3-5 years of work experience in a similar position, focusing on project management and process optimization. Knowledge of HR processes and HR software is, of course, an advantage. You understand how new systems can link to the existing IT landscape. You act at a bachelor’s /master’s degree level of thinking.

And most importantly, have an eye for our clients!
